It was my first time and I enjoyed my stay. Everything: the room, the location close to the beach/bus/Aldi, the pool, the staff - were excellent at the off -season price that I could afford. The guests ( mostly Germans and not many kids) were not load and the stay was overall comfortable. One can rent a refrigerator for a tiny fee in case one has no food included.

Really good value for money. Standard is definitely a 4star. Modern room with safe and big balcony. Good breakfast too

Face to the beach in a beautiful sand beach , no need to go to another place . All include is great ( need minimum 3 nights for it ) staffs are amazing . I got discount for booking gênios + app discount ) best cost of the island Bus to airport very close but you can ask for transfer for 25 euros po each way ( need 3 days in advance ). On my last night I ask the reception for an upgrade to the face to the beach and got it just paying 10 EU. I can’t wait to go back

The breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly. The entertainment was great and the hotel was in a great location. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Thank you very much for everythink. Our Holiday in Hipotels Don Juan was a fantastic Dream. The people who work here are always willing and love their job. We will be happy to come back...maybe sometime later...

The all inclusive snack bar was great. The view from the hotal room was beautiful. Our room was on the 7th floor so we could see the whole beach. The lunch was great, but the breakfast and dinner could of been better.

Nice hotel, excellent staff and facilities, perfect location seafront with sandy beach. Room cleaned every day. Good WiFi and hot water that doesn't run out like in other hotels. Bike hire from front desk. Perfect holiday

Exceptional friendly and attentive staff. Yes this is a predominantly German hotel, I saw just 2 English people while i was here. However this was not an issue for me as a solo traveller. I would have changed hotels if I was travelling with my children so they had English kids to play with. But i rate this hotel very highly and would stay again.

Very nicely surprised with our visit, food was excellent, always big choice to eat from. Pool area was very nice, most of the day it was nice and quiet around the pool. Bed comfy, staff very polite. Good all inclusive options for drinks. Lovely hotel. We will come back.
